Developed in 1994 and protected by patent, the Ebac WaterTrail system is used in all watercoolers supplied to Rock Water Coolers Ltd. The system remains the cleanest, safest and most hygienic method of sanitisation available.

Quite simply, the WaterTrail is discarded by our engineer and replaced by a brand new sealed system each time the watercooler is serviced. The new trail replaces all parts which come into contact with water, ensuring 100% sanitisation every time.

Other methods of cleaning/sanitisation do not do this. Customers can rest assured that their machine exceeds EBWA (European Bottled Water Association) sanitisation guidelines.
