As often as you need! Simply call or email us and we will deliver the next working day.  We deliver Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm.  Alternatively, you can be placed onto our weekly or fortnightly delivery round, which means that we will deliver to you on the same day every 1 – 2 weeks. This way we both can determine the quantity of water that you require to keep you hydrated during this time.
”What
Simply call or email us and Rock Water Coolers will do our up most to deliver to you that same day. Should we be unable to, we will deliver the following working day. We know the importance of keeping hydrated and will always do our best to avoid situations that will leave you without any drinking water.

”Is
No, we deliver however many bottles you require or order.
”How
We sanitise all mains fed/plumbed in water coolers every 6 months and bottle fed water coolers will be serviced every 6 months too. The service will be carried out by our very experienced service technicians and should take no longer than 20 minutes of your time. You do not need to remind us to service your machine. Our systems automatically let us know as and when your machines are due for their service.
”What
All empty bottles will be collected from you as and when we deliver to you. Our visits therefore will not leave you in a situation where you have bottles all over the office or home impeding your way. Rock Water Coolers is fully aware of the impact these bottles have on the environment and therefore will do all we can to prevent them being dumped into landfills. All bottles go through a strict cleaning process and should they pass our quality control will be re used. All bottles that are rejected get broken down into tiny pieces and are recycled.

Also be aware that you pay a deposit for bottles – if you don’t return them, this money will be lost.

”How
The amount of water that you use will mainly depend upon the number of staff using the cooler. Broadly speaking 10 staff using the cooler will consume on average around six 18.9L bottles per month across the year. Likewise at home, the amount of water you use will mainly depend upon the number of people living in your home.
”Do
We have a selection of accessories that work well alongside your water cooler like plastic cups and bottle racks.  We also supply vending machines, coffee machines, coffee beans, coffee capsules as well as teas, hot chocolates and all other provisions related to these for the workplace and home.

”Where
Our natural mineral water comes from the Sierra Bonela spring in Casarabonela, near Ronda in the Malaga province.
”What
The two main kinds of water coolers that you can expect to find nowadays are bottled water coolers and mains fed/plumbed in water coolers. Bottled water coolers are reliant on a bottle of water that acts as the water supply. Pressing a button will draw water from the bottle. Mains fed/plumbed in water coolers are generally hooked to a tap or faucet fixture and draw water from your mains water supply.  Within the industry they are sometimes referred to as POU (point of use) coolers.

”Which
There is no fixed criterion that determines which type of water cooler is the better option. Rather, it is based on where you plan to use the water cooler and what level of demand is placed on the unit. In a very large office or public facility, you may find that a mains fed water cooler is more economical as overwhelming demand on your water cooler can be easily sustained. A bottled water cooler system in the same situation however will have to be refilled fairly often.
”What
Both our bottled and mains fed/plumbed in water coolers come with two taps either Ambient/Cold or Cold/Hot.  Ambient means the water is neither chilled nor heated.
